Rock Cut

Location unknown. It does not look like a construction train but the 2nd car back appears to be carrying timbers.

Whiting's Home

This was Mrs Whiting's first home after the 1910 fire. This is at East Portal MT.

Snowshed

It is not widely known that early on there was a snowshed along the St. Regis River on the Montana Side of St. Paul Pass.

Fish Creek

A westerly view from the west portal of Fish Creek tunnel. The Fish Creek trestle is around the bend to the right.

Marmarth

Camp cars at Marmarth ND in 1908.

Roadbed

Roadbed is ready and track is being laid. Location is unknown but believed to be in the Marmarth ND area.

Track Laying

Ties and rail are being laid. We beleive this is in the Marmarth ND area.

Cold

Also beleived to be in the Marmarth ND area. Wherever it is it must be cold judging from how the men are bundled up.
