 MilWest Dispatch Member NewsletterThe Dispatch has ceased publication with the December 2007 issue. The Dispatch historically was published four times a year and mailed to current members. It provided recent news of items of interest to the members, and featured articles on historical items of interest to members. Issues carried announcements of future events, and certain issues contained details of, and registrations forms for our Annual Meet. Each issue contained stories about the railroad. Some stories were from former employees telling of their experiences. Others were written by persons who have done research to prepare an article of interest. We used material from our archives when applicable. Each issue contained photos. Beginning in 2001 we had color front and back pages allowing us to publish color photos of Milwaukee items. Photos come from our own archives, but we solicited photos from the members for publication. The color photos were quite popular with the members.
